I enjoyed my stay at the Country Town N' Suites. The hot tub provided a relaxing experience, and the bed felt comfortable. I found the room's lighting setup a bit awkward and the need to request towels inconvenient.

It was just a suitable option for a short weekend trip in Gatlinburg with decent value for money. I got an 'upgrade' at no extra cost after the clerk corrected my room issue, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check the channel line-up card, as mine was wrong.

recent remodel makes for a decent stay

The mid-size refrigerator in the room was very convenient for storing drinks. The quiet location allowed for restful nights, away from the busyness of town. The proximity to a trolley stop made getting around easy, bypassing the hassle of parking.

Had a great stay! The beds were super comfy and I loved the full-size refrigerator. But the room smelled odd, and it wasn't as spacious as it looked in pictures. Would come back again!

A Relaxing Family Getaway

We spent two wonderful nights in a King Room, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. The location's proximity to attractions made our trip effortless. Don’t miss the onsite restaurant. the breakfast was a delightful surprise! Plan your stay, and you won’t be disappointed!

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. they even extended our hot tub time when we asked. The pool and spa were enjoyable, and I was particularly impressed with the huge mini fridge in our room, which was like a small full-size fridge. Additionally, there was a nice ramp leading down to a creek with a fire pit, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and a seasonal pool. The staff even helped with local taxi recommendations on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the beautiful waterfalls in the Smoky Mountains and went to Anakeesta for some fun. The location was great, making it easy to access everything we wanted to see. Loved the full fridge in our room—it made storing snacks a breeze. The hot tub was a perfect unwind after a busy day.

On the downside, the lobby felt a bit cluttered and outdated, which gave a less-than-great first impression.

Clean beds and friendly staff. The bathroom had water stains and the shower pressure was minimal. Nice children's playground on site.

country town n' suites was a true gem. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. our queen room was spacious, clean, and even had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. it was just a short stroll to the main road with plenty of activities.

The location was sweet—close to the action but not in the thick of it. Loved having a mini fridge in our king room and appreciate the free coffee. The shower was hot and the bed super comfy! Only issue was the ceiling height in the bathroom. it was a bit cramped for my tall partner.
